Interior reports
Include leaks, windows, breakage and/or damage, security issues, lighting, appropriate temperature controls for weather conditions, owner provided battery and filter replacements, insect and rodent issues, water trap flushing of faucets , toilets, shower, and washing machine, fireplace and hot water pilots and leak conditions, operation of garage doors and even starting garaged vehicles.
Exterior reports
Include overall property condition, needed landscape maintenance, fencing, hardscapes, erosion, pest or rodent damage, foundation, siding, gutter and roof issues. Removal of paper and flyers indicating the home is currently vacant.
