Home Open & Closing Services
Owner / Guest Pre-Arrival Setup or Close
– $15.00 Home Open
- Let’s get that temperature comfortable, start the ice-maker and put a mint on the pillow.
- Closing services confirms everything is locked up tight, guest damage hasn’t occurred, adjusting the temperature, turning off the ice-maker (and confirming the mint is gone).
Package Delivery
– $10.00 Per Shipment
- Have your package shipped to us or to the house and we’ll make sure it gets inside safe and sound.
House Sitting Services
– $15.00 Home Open + $30.00/Hr
- Outside service or contractor need a responsible party at the home while they work? From cable issues to general contractors, we’ll even supply progress reports.
Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery
– $30.00 Trip Fee
- Order what you want online. Arrive to stocked cupboards & refrigerators.
Mail Forwarding
– $15.00/month + Postage
- PO Box or On Location forwarding services
