Single Broker Services
$150.00 per month
Includes weekly service to every agent listed property.
Brokerage Services
$120.00 per month per broker
Brokers receive a 20% discount on services when all agency brokers utilize weekly services for listed properties.
Additional Trip Home Checkup/Closing Services
Need services outside of your weekly service to follow other agent showings of your listing? Is the fireplace off? Heating set correctly? Toilets flushed? Windows and doors closed and locked? Let us know there is a scheduled showing and we’ll save you time and money.
$20.00 per Home Checkup/Closure Service – *Fee is automatically waived if home showing is on scheduled Broker Watch Service day.
