- Coordination and scheduling of additional pre-approved vendor services. ie: lawn maintenance & handyman repairs.
- Deter vagrancy and property damage.
- Satisfy insurance requirements for vacant or unoccupied policies.

$100.00/Month – Monthly 1 Time Service ($100.00/visit)
$125.00/Month – Bi-Monthly Service ($62.50/visit)
$150.00/Month – Weekly Service ($37.50/visit)
Additional Trip Home Checkup/Closing Services
$20.00 per Home Checkup/Closure Service – *Fee is automatically waived if home showing is on scheduled Estate Watch Service day
